Nothing too much trouble and I would love to come back. The staff are kind, managed the parking nearby. It has recently refurbished and clean rooms with balcony. There is a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge.

The room was good-sized and with great shower and great ambiance plus a sweet view. The location of the hotel was magnificent, right on the waterfront.

Our xmas stay at the hotel was fantastic. The staff were welcoming and made us feel special from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from all the key attractions and right on the waterfront. The room was spacious and offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was generous and there was a good variety of options to choose from.

That it was a bit difficult to find the hotel initially, and once inside the building, it took some time to find our way to the room. However, once we settled in, the overall experience was great.

Came here for 1 day, the hotel was nice little, it had INCREDIBLE location close to beach front restaurants. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and excellent and the host too.

The double room was beautiful, included soft bathrobes, a shower cap and fresh towels.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and the historic center of the city. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. The breakfast was tasty and there were plenty of options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Despite a couple of minor issues, such as the small balcony and the lack of a map or information on arrival, my experience at this hotel was fantastic. The warm and helpful staff made up for any inconveniences, and the clean and comfortable room provided a great place to relax after a day of exploring the city.

Family-run hotel in a secure area very close to the sea and Palace, shops, center, and Napoli. Exceptionally nice staff and particularly good location, perfect for me. For tea or coffee visit Chi C'e C'e nearby. The breakfast with eggs freshly cooked to order.

Quiet little family-run hotel in great and magnificent location right in the centre of things. Location near to the port and the center in a quiet area and near the port. Exceptionally comfortable bed, modern bathroom and iron/ironing board, coffee/tea makers and a work desk in the room...

I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming and comfortable property in Naples. The hosts at Di Palma Suite were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure our needs were met. The room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely balcony with a breathtaking view of the sea. The included breakfast options were delicious, and the bathroom was well-equipped. The entire facility had excellent cooling, and the wifi worked perfectly. The property itself was quirky yet comfortable, and its location was unbeatable, just a block away from the sea. The value for money was exceptional, and I will definitely book here again if I return to Naples.

Quiet little hotel, very pleasant and amazingly nice staff, magnificent location very close to the promenade to Mergellina with lots of restaurants.

I had the double room and it was well furnished. The bathroom had a walk-in shower, which was great:)))

The friendly staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, including a surprise bottle of champagne waiting for us upon arrival. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bustling main streets but far enough to enjoy a peaceful and quiet retreat.

Additionally, the checkout time of 10 am felt a bit early and rushed, leaving us feeling a bit stressed in the morning. However, overall, our experience at this hotel was delightful and we would definitely consider staying here again.
